Over 50 and out of work: Program seeks to help long-term unemployed
Being at my age it hasn't been easy trying to find work myself, apply for job openings in so many places with no luck in sight, and one would think with the holidays I would have better luck at getting hired even if it is just for the holidays...Ah ha not the case so far...I not given up and doubt I will, I am pretty sure something will come my way once the company realize that older workers are just as good if not better than a younger employee with little knowledge at what they are doing for their employer.
